It has been a busy November at Wilton Secured Lending.  Mainstream lenders are withdrawing from the market due to uncertainty of institutional funding provided by international banks and pension funds. This has resulted in the commercial debt brokers turning to alternative lenders like Wilton.  Wilton Secured Lending Limited (‘WSL’) is a boutique, bridge lender that offers lending opportunities with property backed investment returns, because we invest private client money we can provide funding and lending decisions a lot faster than traditional banks.

The WSL lending investment offering provides funds on a secured basis for property bridging finance. WSL source, manage and execute all loans secured by legal charge against UK property. Loans are backed by personal guarantees from the borrowers or Directors of the borrowing entity.

Although residential property is our core lending offering, we also offer development and commercial property lending.  Currently we are lending  on a large house in Notting Hill Gate and two mansions in Hampstead for Ultra High Net Worth Clients. Wilton are seeing quite a lot of good deals in prime areas. We have one deal in the pipeline which is a development on one of the best roads in Chelsea as well as a loan on a stunning mansion in Surrey.
