Charitable support
Canine Partners is a UK-based charity that provides specially trained dogs to enable people with disabilities to enjoy a greater independence and a better quality of life.

Wilton has supported Canine Partners for a number of years. We are proud to be associated with this dynamic charity.

Scoil Aonghusa is a school for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities. Some of the students also have emotional problems. The school’s goal is to help each student reach their full potential by taking into account every child's physical, emotional, social, intellectual, moral and spiritual wellbeing.

The Aonghusa School in Cashel is entering pupils from ages 8 to 17 for the Special Olympics in Greece in 2012 via the Munster Region and Ireland Games qualifiers. .

Sponsorship
Wilton has recruited a number of graduates from Durham University who are building their careers with us. We continue to offer similar opportunities to new graduates.

Wilton has been associated with Durham for a decade and has sponsored the University’s football team by providing equipment and coaching staff. We want to encourage Durham's footballers to achieve a similar level of sporting prowess as their more established rugby and cricket counterparts.

Chris Musgrave, DUAFC Club Captain comments, "Football at Durham has, in the past, been largely over-shadowed by the sports more traditionally associated with the university; such as rugby, rowing, lacrosse and hockey. However, since 2002, the football club has been immensely helped by the generous sponsorship of Wilton. With the help of these continued investments, DUAFC has hugely developed and matured to find itself in its strongest position in years. After an unbeaten season for the 1st team in 2010/2011, the team is hoping to maintain this strong relationship with Wilton and gain back-to-back promotions to become a real heavy-weight in Team Durham sport."
